Walter Tosto Spa obtains the legality rating from the AGCM

The Italian Competition Authority (AGCM) has conferred to Walter Tosto the legality rating with a score of one star and two “+”.

Such recognition, measured in “stars”, indicates full respect of the law and, more generally, the degree of attention in the business management.

This instrument was introduced in 2012 for Italian enterprises with the purpose to promote ethical behavior principles within the companies.

Operating in a fair competitive environment is a positive factor not only for companies but also for third parties in general. Walter Tosto’s CFO Luca Pierfelice is very glad with this result and thanks his collaborator Alessia Comacchio for the remarkable work done.

The CEO Luca Tosto confirms the appreciation: “Our company has undertaken a continuous improvement process: respect for law, employees, customers, suppliers and authorities is our first diktat“.
