Walter Tosto was invited to participate to the workshop “Research and Industry for the Young Generation” organized by the Young Generation of the Italian Nuclear Association (AIN) in collaboration with the Department of Astronautical, Electrical and Energy Engineering of University “La Sapienza” of Rome.

The conference was conducted with the interventions of the Department Director, the Dean of the Engineering Faculty, of ENEA and Industry, represented by the companies ASG, Walter Tosto, Vitrociset, Sogin and SRS.

Mariantonietta Gabriele, Project Manager of the Nuclear division of Walter Tosto SpA, presented the company and talked about the contribution provided by Walter Tosto to the world of nuclear power, by illustrating in particular the recent and current projects in which the company was involved, such as JT-60SA, ITER VV, ITER Cassette Body, ITER Inner Vertical Target, Simple & Complex Heat Exchanger and Moisture Separator Reheater for Hinkley Point C.

The day was a fruitful opportunity of exchange for research, industry, young university and high schools students interested in the nuclear world.
