Opening ceremony for the new pediatric outpatient clinic

The new area of the Pediatric Clinic of Chieti’s Hospital for children with rheumatoid arthritis was inaugurated this morning.

The completion of the pediatric clinic was possible thanks to the donations of the companies Walter Tosto Spa and Toto Costruzioni SpA, respectively represented by Emanuela Tosto and Alfonso Toto in the scope of the ceremony.

The managers and the health care staff of the department were present to the event, as well as the Association Arara onlus (Association for children with rheumatic affections in Abruzzo) which dealt with the restyling of the rooms, the general manager of the local health board of the Province of Chieti Pasquale Flacco, the local institutions, represented by Luciano D’Alfonso, President of the Abruzzo Region and Silvio Paolucci, Councilor for Health Programming.

The President of the Region expressed his great appreciation for the activities in favor of children and for the example of social responsibility offered by the companies Walter Tosto and Toto, which were able to respond to a solidarity request.
