The training course for welders candidates which started last September 2015 concluded last week. It is the second one organized by Walter Tosto in the current year. Twenty  young people aged between 16 and 25 years old, coming from areas close to Chieti and Ortona, attended the 240 hours course. The lectures  included both theoretical and practical lessons, during which the participants learned the several welding techniques used in the company.

At the end of the course, 15 young people have been selected and are now part of the staff, together with the 16 welders hired after the previous course (which took place last April 2015), for a total of 31 young welders  employed  by the company during the current year.
